Sigmapharm presents a great environment for entrepreneurial self-starters who enjoy an intimate, caring, family environment. The pay is good, and the benefits are excellent (the company pays almost the entire amount of employee health premiums, for example). The outlook for future growth is excellent.
Cons
Sigmapharm is not the right fit for those who want to avoid thinking for themselves and helping to improve systems. Employees who come from overly structured, bureaucratic environments where they can hide behind the performance of others will likely not thrive here.
