Pros

No Pros at all, please do not waste your time here

Cons

My experience at Sigma Solve has been quite disappointing. Leadership, particularly from the QA Lead (Mrs. Shah), is severely lacking. Communication is poor, and her inability to handle pressure or lead a team effectively creates a frustrating work environment. Instead of guiding or supporting, the approach is often immature, with unnecessary attitude towards team members. The company culture itself feels extremely restrictive. There are two separate time-tracking tools just to monitor working hours—this level of micromanagement feels more like a school or factory than a professional tech company. Additionally, there are no laptops provided by default. If you require a laptop, you must submit a ₹25000 cheque as a security deposit, which is only returned once the laptop is handed back. This policy feels outdated and unreasonable in a modern work environment. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone serious about their career, especially those in QA roles looking for growth, leadership, and a healthy work culture.

Pros

As a UI/UX designer at Sigma Solve, I worked on many different creative and challenging projects that allowed me to grow my design skills. The team was collaborative and open to new ideas, which made coming in to work fun. One downside was that the feedback process could be inconsistent, with input coming from multiple clients at different stages, which sometimes made it difficult to finalize designs on time, but overall, I’ve really enjoyed my time with the company and it’s a great place to develop as a designer.

Cons

Feedback process was not consistent and a bit time consuming

Pros

You get to work from home

Cons

- Management will try to give as little help for you to succeed as possible and just expect you to learn everything on your own. - High passive aggressive nature from management. - Company says they want free thinkers but if you don't agree with what is proposed you will be exiled. - Leadership is very selfish and just cares about themselves as individuals. - Very disorganized company with no formal processes for anything. They don't have any direction and only guessing on what will work. - Leadership is comprised of people who should be individual contributors. - The company is made and started in India it is formulated off of Indian ideals that I don't think will work in the USA market long term, pressuring workers to work past their 9-5 hours is illegal. - High attrition rate due to lack of formulated ramping plans with target and goals.
