Great company with a very forward-looking culture and work-life balance structure. Co-workers and management are very supportive and friendly. Meeting and exceeding expectations is rewarded with more autonomy (i.e. working remotely once or twice a week) and less micro-management. Office perks include a fully stocked kitchen and catered breakfast on Fridays.

No cons that come to mind personally. Like many things in life, this job is largely what you make of it. If you are a team player with a good attitude you should fit right in! If you have poor time/task management skills or don't work well in a team environment then you will likely struggle.
