Pros
- If you're lucky, your manager/team lead will care about you and be able to grow
- They're trying to improve with the introduction of OKRs, and they give you the opportunity to grow yourself with in-house classes and a book club
Cons
- If you're not lucky, your manager/team lead either won't care about you or be unable to grow you. If you're unlucky, your manager/team lead will actively undermine you
- OKRs is still in its infancy stage, so they still prefer you to put "filled out timecard" as an OKR instead of something meaningful
