Started working for new employer and made me realise how mistreated employees are for Sigma! Minimal pay - MINIMAL PENSION NO BENEFITS - maternity pay is disgusting No sick pay Lack of trust - they do pocket searches to see if you have your mobile phone on you If you’re in the office - you have to pay for parking!! Worked for this company for 2 years and I can’t believe how out of touch the senior management are with how employees are treated. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They treat you like an incapable child and not an adult. They expect maximum effort and tries to get the most out of you for minimum pay! This organisation is based on nepotism - only get to where you are based on people you know. NO consideration for qualifications/experience Management is very immature as well, they love to gossip about their team and get involved too much in their personal lives. Very toxic work environment - when covid was rife, they expected us to still be in the office and didn’t care for our wellbeing!
