You can gain a lot of skill sets as you are involved in the growth of the company. Management listens to your input and will take your ideas and try to implement them. Coworkers were amazing and always friendly.
Cons
1 week PTO Salaried which you will not get overtime and benefits are expensive if you have a family Office is motivated to be quiet Sales team doesn’t want to take on their responsibilities and gets mad if you give prospects their email address No written documentation on best practices or how something should be handled You have to supply your own devices (computer, phone, etc...)
