Pros
One of the pros for working for this company was that I was able to walk the floor and inspect all the production line for any potential problems that will delay our customers needs. I like to work in the lab with the new equipment and doing the test and analyses on our new product. I also enjoyed my lunch break
Cons
Some of the cons for that I was a very underpaid and overworked to the point where I was dangerously fatigued. There was little to no diversity the company especially on the production floor. I always felt ostracized and uncomfortable when having to interact with people who always seemed to be very irritable. The management was ok, it's strange because the bulk of company was somehow related to one another. The GM, Quality Manager, the leads and so on. The left little room for an unbiased work experience because of the nepotism.
