Pros
Siemens Turkey is one of the best places to work in the country if you are engineer of any field. There are many high technology jobs at R&D side where you may have chance to work together with Siemens AG that produces the core technology in Germany. Since it is also a corporate company, it is a favorable place for long-term jobs with many side-benefits.
Cons
Looking from software engineering perspective, since the technology that Siemens produces relies on a very long background, you often may not have chance to start your project from scratch. Although the projects are big, the role that you take is restricted to some limits. Ofcourse this is a general case for any globally corporate company.
