      Employment Benefits Steady position in industry and brand recoginition Good Management and excellent technical portfolio

      Cons

      Compensation and increment levels should improve. Slow and limited growth possibilities on the financial front. Very Beaureucratic in some instances, even low performing employees can keep working as management does not want to stir up things.

      Pros

      Great company and coworkers. People are very nice and friendly and the CEC is a nice place to work and the role has flexible hours.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to be done so there's a lot of stress that comes with the role. There are times where you will have to work over 40 hours a week. Seems like work-life balance is not prioritized.
