Pros
Worked under a very capable manager, who gave time for understanding the project and corporate culture, made impartial decisions and helped employee with career advances. Salary was comparable good for freshers, but can offer better hikes to retain the skilled employees. Timings were very good at siemens, the work life balance is understood and practicable here.
Cons
Employee hikes are fair relatively, but not satisfactory. Especially when jumping to another company can be more advantageous for the employee, siemens should provide enough to make them feel like sticking on.
