Pros
Superb infrastructure. The location of the office is in a plush locality. Excellent loyalty benefits.
Cons
Efforting is the most widely used currency here. There is scope for using the knowledge era based metrics for performance measurement. The current mindset to measure the number of hours spent is not a good indicator of productivity. Making people work daily for extra hours and over weekends is probably not a good idea if you want to create software which will generate revenue for the company. The current innovation programs seem to be geared towards creating paper tigers who cannot match up with the counterparts in the US.
