The culture at Sidecar Health is unmatched. Everyone is so welcoming and supportive. The onboarding process was the best I have experienced. The pay is great. The benefits are unbeatable. Everyone is here because they believe in our mission, and I am so glad to be a part of it.

I have not had any challenges working here because anytime I need help or have a question, someone supports me right away.

The benefits are pretty good. Being able to work from home is nice.

The benefits are bit user friendly nor friendly to those with disabilities. We do not always have the resources needed to properly do our job. You can tell the focus has recently shifted more toward how to get more money and not toward the betterment of the product for both the customer or the employee. Communication between different departments is very limited and causes many issues for Member Care and Claims.
