Pros
Helpful staff, professional, found me a placement immediately, gave me the tools necessary to succeed, helped me find an apartment, got me a scholarship to get my degree, overall amazing experience.
Cons
The only cons about any of this is the reviews on here. Why would you be paid to not do anything for 2 months while you’re on break? You’re employed by the agency, NOT a school. You are not entitled to vacation pay. “They take part of your wage” duh… they are providing a consistent service to you and supplies and assistance, you have to pay one way or another or else you can try your luck finding a job by yourself. “They didn’t help me build my skills” an agency is not here to develop your skills, that is your responsibility. Come with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this field and not expect someone to shape you into something that you’re clearly not in the first place. It’s called accountability, why would an agency build you up, give you resources and assistance, and pay you? What planet do you live on that an agency can survive off free labour and charity work? Grow up, this is a great agency and the negative reviews are from clearly incompetent and entitled unskilled foreigners.
