Leadership is absent and opaque: poor communication, heavy politics, and a London office culture that’s outright toxic. No training, no support, no development: you’re on your own from day one. Attrition is sky-high: 25+ people left in under two years (total London office <75). A baked-in habit of overpromising and underdelivering; strong hires get stuck and stagnate. Pay is well below market, with no credible path to close the gap.
