Pros

Innovative MEMS timing technology and interesting technical challenges. Some teams have genuinely supportive and skilled individuals.

Cons

• Lack of trust in new employees: Leadership tends to be cautious to the point of withholding trust, making it difficult for new hires to feel empowered or integrated. • Overly high expectations without adequate support: Workloads can be heavy, and expectations are often set unrealistically high without the resources or guidance needed to meet them. • Accountability culture issues: There is a recurring “throw employees under the bus” , creating an environment of fear rather than learning. • Mismatch between stated culture and lived culture Mixed interpersonal dynamics: Many colleagues are talented and supportive, but there are also individuals who come across as dismissive or arrogant, which affects team cohesion.

Pros

SiTime culture is all about encouraging people to be leaders and innovators. Any employee can discuss their ideas or concerns with anyone from direct co-workers to executives to the CEO. The company is also generally interested in having their employees succeed and is willing to work on training and in some cases accommodating employee's desires for role changes. However, expectations are high and schedules are tights, so employees who can't or are unwilling to keep up generally don't do as well.

Cons

Schedules are tight and pressure can be high at times. Projects tend to shift around, with people shifting from one project to another too frequently.
