Pros
I joined Sima in July as Staff QA Engineer(SOC). When I joined Sima, there was no Automation for test cases, all the test case development was manual in nature. I got an opportunity to build test automation framework from scratch. We have a good team of four people till now. Our director motivated us and helped us to understand the project in depth in a short interval of time. Finally in 2 months we have a pytest based automation framework (having good coverage) and a Jenkins based CI/CD pipeline job running overnight daily. Being a startup the company pays well and we get our salary on time. We get good work and also learn a lot of things technically. The software and QA team are helping in nature and will ready to help whenever we need.
Cons
Foods are not so good. Very littile option. Hybrid mode of working. Lot of time went in travelling to ofc.
