Pros
- Good salary - Good benefit - Easy tasks - Detailed training procedure - Very good for freshers, newbies
Cons
- Nepotism - Many of the employees they kept are not that professional; the preference among the managers and leaders is sometimes unpredictable. - There is a small feeling of Absolute Monarchy in some teams, leaders, and managers sometimes don't make the rules clear enough but they assume everyone has to know it. - Sometimes might receive "unclear" feedback from Art Directors and clients (Just some of them) (such as: make this more "pop out", make it "more dynamic", make it look "real" while they used AI-generated content...) - They have many meetings, but some of the problems remain unsolved. - Last but not least, it is hard to really understand, make yourself "visible" in the manager's eyes or team leaders, if you want to stay, just be mindful a bit. It could be fun sometimes, it depends on how you see things here, if you think them friendly, then they are, but if you feel them 'not as great as they appear' then so be it. Doesn't matter.
