Good follow-up of new employee satisfaction, a lot of trainings available to support employees.

Cons

The location of the office, outside Brussels, is a positive point as easier reachable, but has also a negative point : far from restaurants for lunch time.

You get a developement Journey in coaching, sales, service. Have fantastic colleges and management.

Cons

The tecnical developmnet is on its way but we are still using papers some times in the saleprocess.
