The job is a great start for your career. A very stress free job

Cons

The management seems to not listen to anything that the employees say. The bonus system is a joke, having to contribute your own bonus to another store who has done nothing towards your numbers Too much alone time in the store, feels extremely unsafe and left behind

You get a developement Journey in coaching, sales, service. Have fantastic colleges and management.

Cons

The tecnical developmnet is on its way but we are still using papers some times in the saleprocess.
