Pros
Flexible schedule, which you can get anywhere working for a delivery company. I’ve worked for many food delivery and rideshare services, the money equals out to be the same but atleast with rideshare, you’re your own boss.
Cons
Everything from the management, to the job, to the pay, to the lack of benefits and to the overall negative energy that runs through both offices is beyond repulsive. I worked for them for over 2 years and it was by far, the worst experience I have ever had working for a company. Your personal business is spread throughout the office by management so people that you’ve never met, knows more about your personal life than you ever thought they would. Imagine telling your boss that you found out a family member had cancer and they still make you come in to work. I could mention NUMEROUS occasions like this but, I will just say, I would never recommend anyone work at this company. It took a toll on my mental health and I can guarantee you, I am not the only one. The amount of money is certainly not worth the stress but, I thought I was in a good environment to even elevate myself. Boy was I wrong. Aside from environment, the pay is very low, there is barely any way to move up the latter unless you’re in the family and parking is decent.
