I did not find any pros to working in this organisation.

If there were an option of rating in negative numbers I would have considered, even a 1 out of 10 feels too much for this organization. There is no structure here, the entire place is run by one single man, everyone reports to the same person. They donot value humans in any way shape or form, they feel that once you have joined this company they own you. The management doesnt have the basic sense of how to talk to people they feel that yelling at people on the top their voices makes people work efficiently. You will be lucky if you get your salary on 10th of the month. They have late login deductions as well, the grace period is 5 mins! if you are even late by 5 mins your salary will be deducted. Also after the interview they always pressurise the employee to join the very next day, there is no orientation, no induction nothing you will be expected to work from the very first day. They do not provide offer letters. Honestly I donot have the words to explain how awful this place is.

The company moves fast, and at times, the pace can feel overwhelming, However it can be handles and is a very rare occurrence.
