Has put me off working for an Irish Start Up again - Anonymous employee Showoff Employee Review

Wages were regularly late being paid. Work was rarely scoped out properly, so deadlines were impossible to hit effectively. Clients were promised work/features without consulting developers to see whether or not they were manageable/possible, leading to problems for developers down the line. No consistent progression or pay scales within the company.
