- You get to be backstage at very exclusive events - You often see some of your role models on this job - You get to enjoy watching concerts and live sporting events - There are times where you can make a lot of money in a week or two but you have to put the hours in - Very flexible so you can choose when you want to work

- Sometimes there is a lack of communication between management and staff - Longevity of contracts are sometimes unknown so you have to work with the fear that you may lose your role within a matter of days

You can be anyone to be hired here, they literally had someone who was caught multiple times drinking on the job and he still worked here.

Management are bullies, if you do not bend over backwards to appease their every need, this included traveling up to 6 hours outside of work hours with out pay, they will go out of their way to make sure you do not get any work. They will straight up lie to you about what job you are being hired for. Just a generally toxic working environment but as your on zero hours you have to put up with it or go back to job seaking.
