Pros
Lower-end employees are all polite and have a good company culture.
Free snacks in the breakroom.
Since the managers are in their own little world, you can go days or even a whole week without barely ever having to speak to your boss.
Cons
The former owners were extremely cheap and did not care about getting the job done right, just getting it done. This behavior is still reflected in the current management (who were all handpicked by them).
Issues brought up to management, up to and including professional issues that affect the company's bottom line, are always ignored.
Since the company was bought out last year, major benefit cuts are going to start taking place in 2020. No plans were announced about paying people better to compensate.
