Pros
- Great hours with flexible scheduling and opportunities for overtime - Great working environment with most employees being bearable to work with - Bonuses are great, especially if you are on track or go above an beyond your work - Opportunities to move up in the company beyond truck driving into their different departments; audio, LED repair, staging and rigging, visuals. Not sure if this applies to everyone of their branches but feel free to ask management if you have an interest. Surely accommodate you with your interests.
Cons
- Despite the opportunity for overtime, hours can be appallingly long. Good for the wallet, bad sleep. - Some of the Project Managers are just needy. You need to go on an add-run and as soon as you get there, they just find out that they're missing ten more items that you could've grabbed before arriving to the venue either causing you to go back for it or having logistics send another driver to get more of the items that they needed. - While working here has been a delight for the most part, when you're here they're gonna need you on stand-by, especially if you're working on the weekends for add-runs.
