Pros
There are many, many, great employees here who care about what they do and they do it well.
Cons
It is a culture of fear and mistrust. Management changed about 6 years ago and things went downhill and have stayed there. Executive Directors have given themselves huge raises and fired their 2 best upper managers, and these things affect moral.
