Pros
Students and exposure to different disabilities. But don’t stay there long term. Just enough to gain experience to move on. Paraprofessionals are belittled and taken advantage of their hard work. No teamwork there.
Cons
Company values are not represented in their actions. Toxic work environment. People are fake and talk behind your back. Burnout. No opportunity for growth. Employees are not valued. Professionals are judgmental towards students and parents of other cultures/ethic backgrounds.
