Trainer for Developmentally Challenged - Developmental Trainer Shore Community Services Employee Review

No advancement. Management says they have annual reviews, but I was there for just under 5 years. I have a bachelor's degree and was never given an opportunity to tell management I'm interested in the program manager job. Toxic work environment. Management knew I experienced harassment from my coworkers, but management did nothing about the abuse. No training on how management expects the Developmental Trainers to work together and relate to one another as colleagues with some sense as para-professionals.
