Literally to many to mention! The team from the Directors through to service is the best team I have worked with! The culture and environment is second to none... having worked with tech businesses and agencies across the North East Shoptimised is ten steps ahead in every aspect of the business. Working in sales I, aswell as many other individuals working in sales were always left feeling a little disheartened within other agencies and SaaS businesses. At Shoptimised the Directors understand the importance of sales, the process and the impact it can have on the growth of a business and reward us based on Performance. It’s a total breath of fresh air. Since starting with the Shoptimised a little over 2 years ago not only has been the quality of work Improved due to the environment and how we are treated in comparison to other businesses but this also has a ripple effect to other parts of your life.
