Nice office, some good events and you have some autonomy.

Cons

The company is weighed down by unnecessary bureaucracy, leading to inefficiency and frustration across teams. Career progression is poorly managed, and it’s common to see high-performing employees leave after years of being overlooked and underpaid. At the same time, the company brings in external hires at higher salaries, often with less experience, which creates gaps in knowledge and workflow. HR lacks transparency and consistently fails to address employee concerns in a meaningful way
