Pros
-Flexibility with once a week work from home and generous leave policies in place for when family is sick is good -increase is Performance based, you are rewarded not for efforts but the results -feedback and learning culture is great -good place to grow and contribute -many opportunities one can explore with many good leaders
Cons
-Not very suitable for people who does not adjust well to change and prefer to stay in their comfort zone
