Pros
- Great organisational structure, everyone knows what they're doing, and the value and purpose of their work - Supporting teammates, making sure you're coping well - Regardless of the cons, I would recommend interning here for just 3 months instead of a semester long 6 months, it's not worth interning for so long given the repetitive work.
Cons
- No wfh lol and there is absolutely no reason why Shopee can't give at least a day. There is literally no need for full physical 5 days. - Due to great organisational structure, everyone's job scope is very very specialised, this means that your work might seem dull and repetitive after a month - I would say due to this, there's not much opportunities for you to take on variety of projects etc. - Not a big problem but the culture here is dominated by chinese. They mostly have a masters degree though so they can speak english well.
