There is no structure of sw development. The core service whiskey is their Web portal to sell games and relatives kits is based over an open source. The developer are asked to learn the sw by reading the source without any documentation. There is no training and there is guidance. There is no strategy to improve the service. There is no vision on how to implement a better technology and better products. Please don't waste your time time here you cannot find any opportunities to build a career.
