Pros
As a TA Manager at Shop Circle, I’ve had the chance to see the company from both a people and growth perspective, and overall it’s been a really positive experience.
What stands out the most are the people. You’re surrounded by colleagues who are capable, approachable, and genuinely willing to help. There’s very little ego, which makes collaboration feel natural and builds a strong sense of trust, especially when things get busy. It’s honestly a place that makes me look forward to coming to work.
It also feels good to represent a company where what you say externally mostly matches what people experience internally. There’s a real focus on growth, ownership, and continuous improvement.
At the same time, it is a scaling company. Some things are still being figured out, and not everything is clearly defined yet. If you’re comfortable with a bit of ambiguity and like being part of shaping how things evolve, that can actually be a really rewarding part of the experience.
Overall, it’s a grounded, people-focused environment with strong colleagues, real opportunities to grow, and a culture that’s still evolving in a good way.
Cons
- Alignment can take a bit more effort at times, especially in a global setup.
- If you prefer very structured, predictable environments, this might occasionally feel a bit unclear.
