Shootsta is the most playful fun company I have ever worked for. The leadership is really focused on growth but still supports us having a good time. I feel like I am supported in getting my work done and my new ideas are always listed and occasionally implemented.
Cons
Some client projects can be extremely difficult. You feel like you have to own the result without having control over the footage coming in.
