Pros
- For technical writers, it's a good way to get experience in the field - The CEO is pretty flexible as long as you are getting your projects done
Cons
- No office culture, i.e. very quiet and boring. Everyone just does their work quietly - Typical office work - Boss can be a bit insensitive, not intentionally though
