Pros
Pros: Get to be part of changing people's lives and see all different walks of life. Able to see many different departments as flex, and thus build more experience. Find out if physical therapy is for you and able to use the SRABL name on resume.
Cons
1. Terrible management. I went through 4 or 5 different managers and they will not defend you if anything arises because they dont make an effort to know you or even read your file for performance reviews. 2. Stingy with shifts 3. God complex egos
