Pros
This list could be endless. But the top 3 things I enjoyed about working at ShippingEasy was : 1. The people (literally everyone) 2. Mentorship from upper management 3. Work/Life Balance ShippingEasy was truly a family to me. It sounds cliché, but I made life long friends there and upper management is always there to hear out your frustrations (personal or work related). Truly an open door policy. Mentorship was a huge thing for me as well and still is today. I was molded into a better person not only professionally, but personally by mentorship from the sales manager, sales director and CEO. Lastly, work/life balance was amazing. Yes, you have to grind when you are there, but you get almost 2 WEEKS OFF during Christmas time (does not cut into PTO). One thing I forgot to mention: NO CUBICLES. Yes, this is a major perk.
Cons
I would love if all the teams would've interacted more and got to know each other. ShippingEasy is completely transparent about everything, but team to team interaction between all employees is limited.
