Pros
1. The recruitment and onboarding experience was excellent - organized, transparent, and genuinely welcoming.
2. The culture is very warm and inclusive; colleagues across the board are kind, supportive, and approachable.
3. Strong work–life balance, with leadership that genuinely cares about employee well‑being.
4. Great sense of community. Within my first two months, we’ve already had several gatherings, including a team lunch for the Olympics, which made the environment feel even more connected.
