The environment is collaborative, there are challenging problems to solve, and the leadership team is willing to invest in the people, product, and services to grow the company accordingly. You will meet some really smart, creative, and strategic thinkers throughout the organization and I cannot wait to see what comes next.
Cons
Being the startup part of the Stamps/Auctane portfolio has its challenges, including a bit of bureaucracy in parts of the organization, but helping SMBs/entrepreneurs to be able to compete with the likes of the larger players in the market is a worthwhile mission.
