Management, has gone downhill, no support, since new management you are left to figure things out on your own, “ what do you want me to do about it?” Or “you guys make more than me” super high penalty for not making CSI. Bad surveys on things upper management refuses to fix even after numerous complaints. Lack of planning on management’s part for scheduling and lack of effort stepping in to help. “ we will just make it work”

Good general atmosphere, family owned and operated. Really felt like the owner cared about the general well being and happiness of the employees.

Long hours and working in the heat/cold. Parking lot is far to small to hold volume of cars that get processed by the shop.
