I've felt heard when bringing up suggestions or concerns. -The remote setup works well, and work-life balance is respected. There's flexibility around hours as long as deliverables are met. -Since ShiftMed is scaling quickly there’s a chance to wear multiple hats and build new processes from the ground up.
