Pros
Air conditioning - employees care but we are few in numbers since mgmt fires anyone that speaks up.
Cons
President and senior management not in touch with floor employees. Blind to the true culture and it’s their way or highway even if wrong. All they care about is quantity not quality and they make seat belts.
