Lower level employees are extremely talented and wonderful to work with
Cons
Senior leadership team is lacking the experience required for their role and it shows. This inexperience translates into arrogance, especially with the CEO. Unrealistic goals, poor decision making, and endless reprioritization is the norm. The standard expectation for all employees is 50-60 hour work weeks for sub-par pay. Workload is unsustainable and leads to burnout for many employees. If you're looking for a company that values their employees and fosters a culture of learning and developing their people, I would look elsewhere.
