Pros
Great co-workers, and great foundations. When the old owner use to work it was a much better company than it is today. But despite horrible moral business is growing at record rates!
Cons
culture is terrible, there is serious favoritism paid to some departments while others are thrown under the buss at every turn. Employees are promoted from within, but only if you are on their good side, there is no interview process for internal promotions. The top positions micromanage everything and throw up roadblocks to projects that seem to have potential just because they don't see value. Health care plan is expensive and not competitive. The days off are not realistic. You do not receive any sick time only PTO which can be used for either vacation or sick. The problem is that it is a use it or lose it. So if you use all your vacation time, you have to come in sick... if you hold a few days as a "just in case I get sick" you do not get compensated for them at the end of the year.
