Growing Pains - Anonymous employee Shermco Industries Employee Review

Shermco is still going through poor upper management decisions. Does not know how to properly forcast annual revenue to investor; which in turn has caused layoffs again all across the company. When formerly owned by Pete Sherman layoffs where unheard off. Unfortunately the upper Ceo and President our former tech with no former business management ; accounting , experience and basically make there decisions off the cuff which has caused a poor perceptions of the company among there customers. Thankfully the techs still perform a great job and save Shermco's name
