      My direct boss was great to work for and the staff in Transportation was great to work with.

      Cons

      Communication in SISD is bad ! The Superintendent and Co-Superintendent are the worst management I have ever worked for and have no idea what is going on in the school district. The students are out of control and they don't do anything to correct the issues.

      There are many opportunities to sub and work within the district as needed.

      Cons

      The district could benefit from better equipping their subs to go through more classroom behavior management training before going into classrooms.
