Pros
Management doesn't babysit you. As long as you get your job done, management will never give you any issues. They also provide you with hands-on training from masonry specialists that have been working in the field 30+ years. You also get to travel all over Chicagoland. Nearly all customers are left beyond satisfied.
Cons
There is a lot more to learn than one would think. It would help if you were an engineer-minded individual going into this job.
