Pros
Having one of the major architecure offices in the UK looks always good on your CV. The company has a reputation for producing good detail planning and being efficient on project delivery. You will also get in touch with a lot of smart and interesting people from all over the world. There are some fair benefits (retirement plan, financial support for child care, bonuses).
Cons
Spectacular designs are not it's forte. There appears to be a set heirarchy in the company. The locals run the business, the immigrants do the work. There seems to be a reluctance in investing in the skills and development od employees.
