Pros
I know it sounds cliche, but Shepherd Center really is like family! I have never worked at a place where people smile at you and engage you as you're walking through the corridors of the facility. The people at Shepherd truly care about you - about your personally and professionally! They want to see you succeed, both in your career and in your life. And when you do succeed, they are the first ones to celebrate you! I love working for Shepherd Center!
Cons
I am not clinical staff, so the con (for my review, not the organization, per se) is I really don't know much about the work environment for clinicians. Although I do know a lot of clinicians at Shepherd Center and they all seem very happy! Also, I do know our patients love our clinicians, as they are very invested in our patients recovery.
